Police Service Performance Improvement

The Police Association is suggesting that the Service needs to be re-branded. 

The President said on radio that different uniforms will help police officers to do their work differently.

He suggests also that morale in the Service will have a boost once there is an appointed, rather than an acting, Police Commissioner.

Response time to emergency calls, crime solving and conviction rates remain unacceptably low.
